Payment Options

Early-bird Discount: Members who pay their Regular or Intermediate membership dues in full by November 30, 2025 will receive a 5% discount on the basic membership fee, plus two complimentary 9-hole guest passes. (BCGA, Zone and Capital Levies are excluded from the discount.)

Deadline for dues payment is January 31st, 2026 - pay by credit card, debit card, cash, cheque or Interac at the pro shop. Note: new for 2026... all dues paid by credit card will be subject to a 2% surcharge

Flexible Payment Options: Membership payment can also be made (by arrangement with the Clubhouse Manager before January 31st): ​

In four equal payments by credit card or cheque post-dated to the first day of January, April, July and October. A service charge of 4% will apply to this option.

Twenty five (25%) percent on January 1st and the balance on the first day of the next eleven months - in equal payments (by post dated credit card or cheque). A service charge of 4% will apply to this option.

One-half by January 31 and the second half by March 31.

Note that any other payment arrangements must have Board approval by January 31.
