** The Capital Levy amount, introduced in 2024, is used as a source of funds to replace capital items such as mowers, kitchen equipment etc. Junior members are exempt from paying this levy.

Payment Options

Early-bird Discount: Members who pay their Regular or Intermediate membership dues in full by November 30, 2025 receive a 5% discount on the basic membership fee, plus two complimentary 9-hole guest passes. (BCGA, Zone and Capital Levies are excluded from the discount.)

Deadline for dues payment in full is January 31st, 2026 - pay by credit card, debit card, cash, cheque or E-transfer at the pro shop. Note: new for 2026... all dues paid by credit card will be subject to a 2% surcharge

Installment Plan Complete the Membership form in the pro shop indicating your preferred plan and any annual membership items such as driving range and cart pass you'd like included. You will be contacted by club admin to set up your payments through secure credit card or post-dated cheques.
A. Equal Monthly Payments
Equal monthly payments commencing in January, or, for new members, commencing in the month of membership commencement or as approved by management, and concluding by December 31 of the membership year.
B. Quarterly Payments
Four equal payments due in January, April, July, and October
C. Two-Payment Plan
Two equal payments due in January and May.
